  • Not everyone is guaranteed a rebate. If you would like to be eligible for the refund you must also use both Peoples Choice Mortgage and Streamline Realty. You must be looking to purchase a property within Barnstable, Bristol or Plymouth Counties to be considered for any rebates. Additionally each loan application will have different results. If you have questions about the program and your qualification, please contact us.

  • To be eligible for the rebate mentioned here, you would need to use both companies. Loan officers at Peoples Choice Mortgage are educated on a variety of loan options and programs and can see if you are better suited for a different loan program. If you choose not to use Peoples Choice, you are still eligible to use our sales agents at Streamline Realty, however you wouldn’t be eligible for the rebate in this case.
