 As mortgage brokers first, David Fasano and Shawn Hendricks, started Streamline Realty because they saw an opportunity to develop a team of educated real estate professionals who were knowledgeable in all aspects of homeownership and home purchasing.  

Streamline isn’t just about the home sale, our goal is to represent buyers and sellers to understand where their opportunities for financial gains exist.  One of our main priorities is to ensure all of our agents have a comprehensive knowledge of insurance and mortgage products as well as a basic grasp on construction costs and home solutions.  For decades it’s been acceptable for realtors to show homes with limited knowledge in sales, construction, mortgage or insurance and Streamline is here to change that.
